We are proud to offer a very friendly and happy environment at Skidby Pre-School for all children to learn through play and activities. We are a small setting within Skidby C of E Primary School with our own enclosed and sheltered outdoor play area. We work very closely with the school and staff.
We have resources and equipment to vary and maintain the interest of our children so they develop in all areas of the curriculum. We promote learning through play, with child participation and independence of choice strongly encouraged throughout all our activities.
All seven areas of learning from the Early Years Foundation Stage are taught and adhered to on a daily basis, either as a group activity or on a one-to-one basis. We work closely alongside parents and other agencies to ensure we offer a supportive environment for children with additional needs and beliefs.
